Amazon Android Appstore: Poker Apps for your Android

holdem_legends_android_app.jpgAmazon has recently added an Android Appstore to make it easy to browse and download apps for the platform, and of course the first thing I did was search for poker apps. I'm more prone to download apps from Amazon because A) I trust them and B) I can read reviews on a screen bigger than an index card. Call me old fashioned, but it's the little things.

Check out all the Android Poker Apps at Amazon.

Red Poker Chip Cufflinks

red_poker_chip_cufflinks.jpgWhat's the over/under on the reaction when you walk up to the poker table wearing these gaudy-ass poker chip cufflinks? I'm thinking it'll either be A) people underestimate you or B) you intimidate the hell out of them because they figure you must be good if you have the stones to wear something like that. Either way, you win.

Mahogany Poker Chip Case

mahogany_poker_chip_case.jpgWe're going to keep this week's run of poker chip cases, because we all need some space to keep all those chips we have lying around. If your chips are your money, your chip case is your safe, so why not put yours in the luxury of mahogany and put them under lock and key?

The Trademark Global mahogany poker chip case features solid brass hardware, a key lock, and a brass name plate that's ready for engraving. The removable upper tray holds 300-340 chips, and the bottom compartment holds 200-230 chips as well as three decks of cards.

Adult Playing Cards (Naked Ladies)

adult_playing_cards.jpgMy story about Stacked Decks on Wednesday made me think I should put my money where my mouth is and feature an actual deck of adult playing cards. My friends and I called them "naked lady playing cards" when we were younger, but don't worry - they make naked dude cards as well. I can't think of a better stocking stuffer, especially as a joke gift. Merry Christmas Grandma!

Stacked Decks - The Art and History of Erotic Playing Cards

stacked_decks.jpgNow this might be a stretch to call this book poker-related, but I think it'll be interesting to card players of all sizes and shapes. I remember my first time seeing a deck of adult playing cards, at an age when I was younger than I probably should have been, and this book looks pretty fascinating.

They've been called wolf decks, stag decks, and plain old nudie playing cards. They're older than poker, older than blackjack, and they offer a fascinating window into society's ever-changing views of female beauty. Stacked Decks features images of hundreds of erotic playing cards from 1807 to the present day, all illustrated with nude or seminude models, burlesque singers, flappers, 1950s pinup girls, and international superstars.

Texas Hold 'Em Poker Chip Cufflinks - Silver

poker_chip_cufflinks_blue.jpgIf you're a poker enthusiast, or have a loved one who is, these poker chip cufflinks might just fit the bill.

Chips made from fiber optic glass, which is made by fusing millions of fiber optic glass strands together, which creates glass that changes color when seen under different lighting conditions. Each chip has 2 clubs, 2 hearts, 2 spades, and 2 diamonds on them. Conservative enough for the office; but far from boring.

Poker Chip Christmas Ornaments

poker_chip_christmas_ornament.jpgLet your poker flag fly on your Christmas tree this year with poker chip ornaments - no one's going to be able to keep their poker face when they see these suckers hanging from your boughs.

This beautiful glass ornament was carefully mouth-blown into a finely crafted mold. Then a hot solution of liquid silver was poured inside. Finally, the ornament was delicately hand painted with many bright lacquers and glitters for you to enjoy!

Poker T-Shirt Club

club_shirt.jpgThe first rule of Poker T-Shirt Club is you don't talk about Poker T-Shirt Club...well, we're breaking that rule to tell you about the sweet shirts you can get. We rummaged through the site and found some doozies - you probably know a lady who needs a Big Pair shirt, or maybe a Justin Timberlake fan who would kill for the Cry Me a River one. I liked the I Club Donkeys shirt (pictured above), and you'll be able to find all four suits on the site.

Shop your little heart out at Poker T-Shirt Club.
