Serious Poker Advice from Phil Helmuth
What's not to love and hate about Phil Helmuth. Sure he's loud, but he is also a really good poker player. I think it must be tough being as good as Phil is and in the main stream poker player's eyes - he's never won that many tournaments. Which is totally untrue. Oh well - good article below.
Did you catch the show Phil Hellmuth put on at the World Series main event this year? ESPN aired Mount Hellmuth's eruption this past Tuesday. It was the "Poker Brat" at his finest. At one point, he even asked an opponent if he knew how to spell poker. Not all that unusual if you've followed Hellmuth's career. Fortunately, I got a head's up to watch the episode from the man himself, just four days earlier. Yes, I partied with Phil Hellmuth last Friday night. It was up in Austin... and I guess I didn't really party WITH Phil. I was AT a party with Phil. It was thrown by Green Tie Poker and featured a seminar by the nine-time world champ.

There really isn't much more to say. Dogs playing poker coasters. You know you want them. I would expect for every poker game you throw these will add at least 3-4 dog jokes or you being compared to a dog playing poker.

Know When to Walk Away - Know When to Run
Great advice on knowing when to call it quits for the night.
"Knowing when to walk away from the poker table can be tough to manage. Many poker players stay at the table way too long. It's better to leave too soon than too late. Small profits are better than big losses. Building your bankroll is a slow and boring process."

Jennifer Tilly Scores Women's Poker Victory
Jennifer Tilly has won her second major poker tournament, and confidence in her playing ability."I felt like I was suffering from the 'imposter syndrome' [after the first win]," said Tilly, who jumped from the table after her second victory.
Tilly's victory at the World Poker Tour Ladies Night III at the Bicycle Casino last week makes her the first woman to win both that title and the World Series' Ladies World Poker Championship, which she won in June.

Poker & Condoms
What can we say? They are in fact the same size and shape and can be used for similar purposes. One to engage in a nice evening of fun with your partner, the other one to screw over your opponents. I'm just not surprised about poker condoms but I can say - nice work. Check out the article at CardPlayer for all the details on this very interesting poker game featured for Kimono brand condoms.
