Joker Poker Set

joker_poker_set.jpgIt's not too far out of bounds to think of a Joker when you're talking about cards, but this particular Joker poker set might not be what you think. This one's inspired by the Dark Knight flick, and there's more crazy sauce on it than your typical cards. The set comes with cards that are an exact replica of the cards used by Heath Ledger's The Joker in the movie, as well as 20 poker chips. Sassy!

Poker for Kindle

poker_kindle.jpgGet your poker learnin' on the go with Phil Gordon and Jonathan Grotenstein's aptly-named "Poker" for your Kindle. I don't have a kindle, but I do have it installed on my phone...hello, long bus rides!

(Poker is) a game of skill, and playing well depends on more than just a good hand or the ability to hide emotion. The first step toward developing a style of play worthy of the greats is learning to think like a poker player. In a game where there are no absolutes, mastering the basics is only the beginning -- being able to pull off the strategy and theatrics is the difference between legendary wins and epic failure.
