World Series of Poker Returns This August on ESPN for 2010
I've been wondering when the WSOP would return on ESPN, and it looks like this August. They will start coverage of the main event, and then takea break for the final tables in November.
Ty Stewart, vice president of the World Series of Poker, took a cue from reality TV when he championed the radical idea of shutting down the action for four months before playing out the "November Nine." For the third year, the Main Event has done just that. The final nine was decided two weekends ago and will resume play Nov. 6 after a 110-day break.
