MacSlash | Ask MacSlash: Playing Online Poker On A Mac

MacSlash | Ask MacSlash: Playing Online Poker On A Mac:

Kenneth Paul writes "Anyone had much experience playing poker online with their Mac? I recently signed up for an account at Hollywood Poker and their java software works fine with Safari. Any other ones that people use? I wonder if James Woods plays with a Mac?" I use PokerRoom.com and haven't had any problems at all with their software. If there's interest, we should start a MacSlash private table. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Also, I use Neteller to transfer money to PokerRoom, since my bank doesn't appear to let their ATM or debit cards be used at gambling sites. At first, I was a little concerned about Neteller, but over the past few years I've grown to be a tad bit more trusting of them as more and more positive reviews are posted.

Update: Wed night at 9PM Easter (6 Pacific), we'll have a MacSlash poker game in private room MacSlash at Pokerroom.com. If you like the game, stop by and play with us. It's a very low limit game, so it should be fun without the stakes being prohibitive. :)
