Internet Poker Bill Killed in North Dakota Senate:
After much deliberation, the North Dakota state Senate has struck down its much anticipated internet poker bill. The senate voted overwhelmingly to defeat the bill, with only three members voting in favor of internet poker. After scraping by in the house, with a vote of 49-43, many online gaming industry members and local supporters were hopeful that the bill would reap similarly favorable results in the senate.
